Education
Education has shaped every stage of my journey, from my own academic experience to community development and public service. I believe every child, regardless of where they are born, deserves access to quality education that equips them with the knowledge, confidence, and opportunities to succeed.
Entrepreneurship
I believe entrepreneurship is one of the strongest drivers of economic growth, innovation, and opportunity. Nepal's young people have the talent and determination to build businesses that create jobs and solve real challenges.
Knowledge Series
I believe that informed citizens are essential to a strong democracy. Meaningful conversations, evidence-based discussions, and the open exchange of ideas help shape better policies and encourage greater public participation in national development.
Nepal As a Brand
A brand is more than a logo or a slogan. It is the story people associate with a country, the emotions it evokes, and the experiences it offers. Building Brand Nepal means telling our story with confidence, authenticity, and a clear vision for the future.
Indigenous Representation
I am part of this Parliament as an Indigenous woman, and I remain deeply conscious of that responsibility. Protecting Indigenous identities, languages, traditions, and knowledge systems is essential to preserving our cultural heritage.
Women's Empowerment
When women have equal access to education, leadership, economic opportunities, and public life, families thrive, communities prosper, and the nation grows stronger.

International Relations and Tourism Committee
As one of the 10 thematic parliamentary committees in the House of Representatives, the International Relations and Tourism Committee works on issues related to Nepal’s international relations, tourism sector, diplomatic engagement, and global partnerships.
As a member of this International Relations and Tourism Committee, my role includes parliamentary oversight, field visits, stakeholder consultations, and legislative discussions on tourism, cultural heritage, and Nepal's international engagement. My work till date has included on-site observations in Lumbini, airport observations and recommendations, discussions on strengthening the Nepal Tourism Board, participation in the deliberations on the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage Bill, engagement with international delegations, and advocacy for policies that promote Nepal's tourism, preserve its cultural heritage, and strengthen its global presence.

Anushka, a Commerce graduate from Australian Catholic University, worked in finance in Australia, interned at the Vatican, won Miss Nepal 2019, reached the Top 12 at Miss World.

In 2026, she became the first Miss Nepal winner elected to Nepal’s House of Representatives.
